First of all, you need to know your time frame with respect to when you’re looking to purchase a home.

You also need to consider what kind of financing you’re planning on using. How much do you have saved for a down payment? What kind of price point are you looking to stay in?

Lastly, are you working with an agent or using our services to help you purchase your home?

Take these points into account before calling about a house you’re interested in, so you’re ready to have a serious discussion about possibly purchasing it.
