What Millennial Buyers Are Saying About Their Home Purchases

Today we have some Millennial home buyers here to speak about their home buying process. This demographic is beginning to become a major force in the real estate market, and their impact will only become larger as time goes on.

We interviewed some of our younger buyers to see what they had to say about the process. Most of them made the decision to buy after wasting thousands of dollars in rental payments, and they also wanted a way to invest some money for the future. A lot of them are living with roommates who are helping them to pay off their own mortgage.

They also appreciated the fact that we were able to communicate with them via text message and email, and they felt that we informed them well throughout the entire process. None of them regretted their purchases, and they cited rising rent prices as their major motivator to purchase.
