    My wife and I purchased our first home in Temecula with Jennifer Stevens from Team Forss. The process started in March 2023 and Jennifer was very prompt in responding to our Zillow inquiry and went to look at a few new construction communities with us within two days. Before we even went to look with her, she stopped by the sales offices to get information, which was very helpful to have before we toured the models. Since our home was new construction, we didn't close until August, and Jennifer was always very helpful. She reviewed the purchase agreement with us and helped to explain the process, which can be quite overwhelming as first-time homebuyers!
